I am a journalist specializing in music (mostly rock n'roll, baby). I started taking gig pics in 2002 with a FujiFilm 6800Z P&S then the lovely F31, still in use when I don't get my hands on a photo pass.

I have a Canon EOS400D and a Canon EOS7D with three f.2.8 lenses, Tamron 17-50 mm, Canon 24-70mm L and Sigma 50-150 mm and one Canon 50mm, f.1.4 lense.
