I worked for many years as a nurse before I myself became disabled. Nature photography was my hobby and a respite from work, now it's more a passion and an oasis from a barrage of doctors, hospitals, painful treatments/tests, and chronic neurological deficits and pain.

I'm now fighting cancer for the third time, and I'm told there's no longer a chance for a cure. The docs don't know how much more time I have, but while I'm still here, I love being outdoors, it always makes me feel better psychologically, emotionally and even a bit physically. Hope you enjoy my work and I hope to continue to take photos as long as I can keep up my strength and get outside as much as possible.
