Courtney Rose, founder of Courtney Rose Creative Services, formerly Every Rose, was born on an October 12th some years ago, and she immediately learned the freedom of art. Though her mediums were unorthodox, from lipstick and eyeliner on plaster walls to her box of crayons on furniture, she managed to find a middle ground and found herself still creating unique things, just with more typical supplies. When constantly getting in trouble in school for doodling instead of working led to winning small art competitions at a young age, she realized that maybe, just maybe, she could get away with tricking everyone into believing something she enjoyed could actually be work. Her love of art and interest in creativity has led her to branch out into various mediums ranging from video to making custom Yu Gi Oh card mats for friends.

Throughout public school her art remained an untamed passion. Two of her videos made it very far in competitions, including her taking second place regionally in the prestigious Reflections program during the first year video was an accepted medium. A video for a state competition about what it's truly like to be a Californian ended up landing her and bits of her video on the news. Even her poetry won her something special for her mom in the Why Mom Deserves a Diamond legendary contest.

Once in college, she took an amazing cartooning class at Golden West College where she learned from the talented teacher/artist, Julia Y. She is working toward a degree in film with a minor in graphic design. She intends to transfer to a film school for her BA after she receives her AA from Golden West.

A lot of her work has been featured on web sites across the internet. One of her photo manipulation pieces made her a featured Frankenstein Girl on the MySpace of popular band Mindless Self Indulgence. She has done featured work for bands such as Eudora and Avenue in Oceania. She has been published in a few zines and ezines. Her work has also been featured by organizations such as Art is the Cure (AitC), Deviant Artists Fighting Animal Cruelty, Deviants Anti Cruel, and No More Ignorance
