What a pleasure and an honor it is to be writing about the talent possessed by Eva Ricci! I have followed Eva's photostream from almost the very first day I joined Flickr - I think I favorited almost every one! I was so in awe of her amazing images that I was inspired to venture out of the world of portraiture and expand my field of vision. Her images will transport you into a place of color and mystique whether it is an image of a landscape or the detail of a flower petal. Eva's talent is undeniable and you will not find a more genuine, lovely lady whose class and elegance exudes through her work and the wonderful bonds she has formed here in this forum. Eva is a truly talented artist!!!! Her artistic creations breathe with calmness and ethereal beauty. Admiring her stunning images which are sincere inspirations coming straight from her soul makes me feel, the admirer of her eclectic art, her inner peace and her sense of equilibre. She excels in every aspect: she masters different photographic “painting methods”, she uses varied textures diligently selected to match her subject, she shows details as if emanating with warmth, or she presents through her artistic skill an ordinary subject as filled with charming beauty! Through her images filled with the uniqueness of each subject or moment she intends to transport you to the “royaume de la paix” (yes yes....she also speaks French) and ultimate serenity. I always look forward to seeing her latest postings and am I am so glad to have become acquainted with not just her artistic creations but her lovely personality as well. And most surprisingly she seems to be my “flickr twin” and I am not talking about the talent (she could give me lessons) but about small things from our lives that seem to be so similar...
