After two years of not getting around to making my own photo gallery on my website, I've had enough ribbing from my friends.

Not that I can't make one, I've been putting stuff on the web for close to ten eleven twelve years now ... it's just that the one I make for myself has to be overly complicated.

So here I am at Flickr. $25 bucks buys me yet another year of build time without the ribbing (I'll probably need to cough up another $25 next year) it's next year ... and here I am ... getting older at that too, crap I better get to making my site :)

In the past, I normally only posted shots I was really happy with on line (normally www.fredmiranda.com) for comment.

However, since I'm using this place as a replacement for my place, don't expect every one of my shots to be a master piece (not like the other shots I posted at fred's were either).

That doesn't mean I plan to litter the place though ... I still toss out a fair amount of shots :)

My primary photographic love is Macro in which I'm in my third fourth fifth year of shooting. This year I'm concentrating on putting everything I learned together. Year one was focus, two was comp, three was strobing and four was natural light.

I do like to shoot other things though ... especially when I get into a macro slump.
