Evan G. Palmer is an American cartoonist from Lafayette, Louisiana.

He is a recent graduate of the Minneapolis College of Art and Design where he spent a great deal of time freezing his patoot off as well as earning his undergraduate degree in comic art, no less.

He currently resides in Minneapolis and makes no plans to return to the south anytime soon.
