Still learning...

Apart from taking photos during travels, I've spent quite a bit of time at race tracks.

Most recently, I shot for VARAC's club newsletter at their Shannonville and Mosport/CTMP track events. (That's the Vintage Automobile Racing Association of Canada - the main national club for vintage racing).

The US Triumph club magazine published a number of my photos in Henry Frye's 2023 Mosport MG-Triumph race report.

Between 2002-2014, I competed in performance rallies, specifically the week-long Targa Newfoundland (x6) and winter Rallye Pèrce Neige (x2), but took very few photos. Fortunately, quite a few other photographers did, so I'm grateful to have their photos from those events. The Ottawa Jaguar club's newsletter published my event reports describing the 2005 and 2006 Targas.

For some time between the mid-1980s and 2001, I was patron and pit crew for my daughter's equestrian activities. I took photos at a few Lime Rock Park, Mt Tremblant and Shannonville vintage races, and had a Lime Rock vintage race report with my photos published in the Jaguar XK Club magazine (UK).

In the early to mid-1960s, I shot photos in Canada at St Eugène and Mosport, and a number of UK tracks including Brands Hatch, Crystal Palace, Goodwood, Mallory Park and Silverstone, as well as at Monza.
