Esywlkr has captured the essence of Western North Carolina in his photography from the unique to the ubiquitous. He covers the gamut of landscapes, nature, trains, trails and old towns. He captures the hangouts and the places where the mountain people bury their dead. I have a great love of the area and his work takes me there during the long winter months when I am hibernating in Atlanta. Some Western North Carolina photographers specialize but Esywlkr gets it all. Pay close attention and you might find some mountain delicacies like a barbecue sandwich made on a hush puppy.
