I met Lawrence on my first Flickr meetup in Singapore. I'd already been impressed by his photostream even then, and felt privileged that I could now put a face to the name. At the time, he told me that there are many, many attempts behind every good picture. That may be so - but he gets many, many good pictures. I continue to feel privileged to view his photostream.

Lawrence I never met him while I was living in Singapore. Only on here I found him. He do very well in Macro & architecture as well as landscape photographies. His photos are ever so pleasing, a myriad of colors and life, executed with skillful composition leave me in awe. he is indeed a master in his craft. :) But what i really like about him is his relaxed "kampung" style attitude, where everything is slow and easy. he comes across as a real, earnest individual who is frank and honest in his words. When i think of Lawrence, i remember his easy smile and that funny boisterous, booming laughter.

A very interesting personality with whom one can talk about the world, espion is indeed one dedicated to the art. When one speaks to him, I am sure they can easily see and feel that this soul is one who really seeks knowledge - consistently and thoroughly. His approach to photography is to me, rather relaxed and laid-back, and I really envy that, for I would think that it takes a certain amount of self-control and mastery to display such. He has taught me a lot, and I definitely have a lot more to learn from him. The best part about all this is that you don't even realise that you're being taught because of his earnestness and sincerity, it is only after everything that you realise that he has so much to offer - and has offered it so warmly.
