Welcome to one of the Flickr channels of the European Space Agency (ESA).

What do we mean by "one of?" Well, our lead Flickr channel is here: www.flickr.com/europeanspaceagency/

It's the one with a some of our best and most recent images of Earth, our Solar System, the Universe, our spacecraft, our astronauts and other space activities.

So what's this? Well, it's our 'Events' channel - because we also needed a place to share with you a selection of 'the rest of...' the many (great) images that are generated each day – the ones that don't fit into the 'best of' channel. These are all pretty darn good, too, and will show you an often unseen side of life 'in space' with ESA: teams at work (and sometimes at play!), the people we meet, the things we do and the places we go.
