I'm an amateur gardener, botanist, and photographer. Many of my photos are from my garden, and I like to show plants at all stages of development, not just when they are blooming. I don't usually edit my photos on the computer, except for cropping.

I sometimes scout out good plant photos for Wikimedia Commons, and upload ones are appropriately licensed (Attribution, Attribution-ShareAlike), sometimes adding them to the Wikipedia articles. I don't always tell people when I upload their photos, but am trying to do that more often so that they know.
