I have known Erin for quite a few months here on flickr and it has been an honor. Erin was one of the first people to ever reach out to me on flickr and sent me one of my first "flickrmails"! I remember that she took the time to write such a long, thoughtful, genuine email... and I was so thankful to be noticed. I think more than anything, this is my favorite thing about Erin and her stream. She makes you feel noticed. She takes the time to make you feel special, to build you up. She has such a big heart and so much compassion for others. It has truly been a pleasure getting to know her! Her photography is so full of light and... life. She has really grown as an artist in the time that I have known her. She has such a way with capturing those little moments in life that people so easily pass by. She is also very skilled with self-portraiture. I have known her since before she had her SLR! Erin is so humble and appreciative of every person here. She is such a great role-model and someone that I look up to very much.
