I just purchased a cannon PowerShot A1000 IS. I would love any pointers on how to use this camera to get the most out of it. (Most of my pictures on my photostream are from my old camera- a kodak easyshare). I enjoy taking all different types of pictures, but mostly of my friends and family. I have just recently, over the past year or so, have gotten more into photography, and I am loving it. My friends make fun of me because I never leave home without my camera.
