I knew I wanted to be an artist when I took my first photography class my junior year of high school. There was just something about being in a darkroom and working with the camera that completed me as a person. In May, I graduated with my Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree with a concentration in Photography from James Madison University. In the fall, I will be student teaching in Accomack County schools to complete my license to teach K-12 Art Education through James Madison University also. With the click of a shutter, my goal is to create an image that saves a memory, a face or a moment. Thank you for stopping by to check out my work!
