Erika Rand is an experience designer and multimedia artist committed to work that inspires joy, promotes balanced life systems and ultimately serves as a direct tool for healing. Her most recent projects include designing the book "Sustainable Revolution" (Jan 2014), producing a feature film on Tibet, and branding / web design for ColorOfChange.org and Aqualillies.com. Prior to that she directed a climate change film so far seen by 1.9 million US high students and served as a film curator for TED.com's Pangea Day, an international day of film, broadcast live on over 60 million screens around the world.

Pigeon Spirit received a “Best Cinematography” award by panel judges including Ellen Kuras and Albert Maysles.
