Eric is a fine photographer, but he also is a kind person who creates communities, especially in Japan. Almost any time I see an interesting Japanese photographer, I find Eric is already following him/her. More importantly, he writes interesting and insightful, and I think always positive comments. I really enjoyed meeting Eric on one of his Japan 'shahsin osanpo' photo walks. He attracts so many other cool photographers, so it was a pleasure to hang out that day. Thanks for all you do, Eric.

If you find you're in the 0.01% just browse at his old work and it won't disappoint. Yes, there are lots to browse from and it is full of different kinds, bokeh, color, black and white, cross process, you name it. Maybe I have not seen him do HDR but the point is his stream is just one of the best from my contacts. So add him, follow his work and he won't fail you if you like quality photos. Many of the places I have seen in person several times, yet Eric has managed to capture the feel and essence of what it's like to experience Japan first hand. In addition, the color and compositions are outstanding. Eric is a professional photographer in every way and it clearly shows with his technical knowledge of the camera and the vision he shares with each and every image. Futhermore, Eric has that passion in photography that allows him to gain even more through sharing his experiences and knowledge with the numerous comments he provides for others. I can't believe no one has written up a testimonial for Eric yet. Well, I am honored to be the first one to do so. Eric has a wide range of photographic interests including automobile, landscape, street, and even macro. His incredible collection of photos is definite proof that he is extremely good at each and every one of these categories and styles. More importantly, he is not only a great photographer but also a great friend. His willingness to inspire others through his uplifting comments and his love for the city of Vancouver has had a tremendous impact on other local photographers.
