My name is Erica Neal and I have flickr-itis. I am 20 years old. Im In Tulsa,OK... and I love it. Until photography was in my life, I was a writer, and still dabble from time top time, but find this to be a bigger passion. I love music. Music often fuels my photography. My past also has played a major role in it. I have found that expressing painful memories with something beautiful helps to make things move along easier. I am very easily influenced by people and the world around me, and that is expressed largely in the things you will see in my portfolio. Some of it is dark, some of it is vulgar, some of it is gruesome, but they are all things I find beautiful. Beauty isn't just makeup and flowers. Its dirt and destruction. Yes, from time to time, I'm like, 'Look, flowers!' Ha, but really, I try not to stick to the normal boundaries of life. I like to color outside the lines. It makes me a cool kid.

I am a believer that photography grows with you... as you do. So you will also watch my work change with points in my life. I love everything that photography is and can be when you put everything you have into it.
