ERIC BORDA CONTENT USAGE GUIDELINES

READ CAREFULLY: with the new Pixsy service (free for Flickr's users), if you don't respect these guidelines, it's easy to find a photo of mine on the web and then request a takedown or a legal action!

* 1) For all photos with Creative Common DIFFERENT from "All Rights Reserved":

all images and words posted on my Flickr account are the property of Eric Borda and copyrighted in the year they were published unless otherwise noted.

IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO SHARE CONTENT (photos, images, words, etc) from my Flickr account, YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY ALLOWED TO DO SO. I just ask that you CLEARLY STATE WHERE THE CONTENT COME FROM and LINK BACK TO THE ORIGINAL CONTENT.

IF YOU RESPECT THE CREATIVE COMMON RULES, THE IMAGES ARE TOTALLY FREE ALSO FOR COMMERCIAL USE.

* 2) For photos whit Creative Common LIKE "ALL RIGHTS RESERVED" please ask.

Since many websites don't comply with the Creative Commons rules, I recently (from January 2020) started adding the most recent photos like "All rights reserved". Usually, the PHOTOS CAN ALSO BE USED FOR FREE, EVEN FOR COMMERCIAL USES. BUT FIRST YOU MUST CONTACT ME and, at the condition that you enter my name and you link back to my original image, I WILL IMMEDIATELY WRITE YOU A LIBERATORY EMAIL FOR FREE USE OF THE CHOSEN IMAGE ON YOUR WEBSITE.

Any form of copyright infringement or theft of content from my Flickr account without my written permission is subject to a takedown notice and/or legal action.
