Mr. Ippolito has over twenty-eight years of experience in the oil and gas industry including leadership positions with a number of large energy service companies and participating in the successful start-up of 2 other companies. Mr. Ippolito began his career with International Consulting Services, a start-up company, where he co-founded and successfully managed its growth establishing regional service offices in Louisiana, Texas and Oklahoma. Mr. Ippolito was a primary principle and founder of another start-up company, American Downhole, Inc., successfully managing the company for five years establishing offices in Houston, TX, and Lafayette, LA. Mr. Ippolito has also held senior management positions, with domestic and international responsibilities, with notable companies such as Hunting International, Operational Services Inc., Schlumberger Ltd., and Baker Energy. Mr. Ippolito attended the University of Southeastern Louisiana specializing in Marketing and Business Management.
