Hopefully, we've surpassed the photo-manipulation phobia, every photo is somewhat enhanced inside the camera before even being written inside the memory card, some noise reduction and/or white-balance correction isn't a sin and does not need to be recalled in a photo's description.

I may or may not state if a photo is heavily manipulated, and only if I find it interesting to tell (Heavy HDR stacking, large panoramas ...etc).
