I've always loved photography, but I've never made time for it or searched out interesting images. I want that to change, and will be using this to try and inspire myself to improve.

Right now I'm just kicking around with a Panasonic Lumix ZS20 point and click and my LG G3 smart phone. I definitely want to get into mirrorless or a DSLR, but right now I'm not sure where to go with things or how much to invest in a budding hobby.

I'm happy for general advice or suggestions, so if anybody wants to impart wisdom on a budding photographer I'd love to hear it.
