I live on a small island off the west coast of Canada, have been married for 40 years and have kids, grandchildren and good friends. Looking at my photos tells a lot about me.

I originally joined Flickr to share hundreds of photos of my sublime Buddhist pilgrimage in India and Nepal. I walked where the Buddha walked, had teachings where the Buddha taught and meditated where the Buddha realized his awakened mind and so much more. This is an ongoing project that will take some time.

But in the meantime I have discovered all of the many ways of sharing and communicating and connecting with others on Flickr. A great place to people watch and connect with others. I enjoy watching the photo streams of people slip by and the mirror image of my own life reflected back to me in my own photo stream. Seeing our interests, perceptions, skills, appearance and whole life change. Where are we all going, who are we?

I especially enjoy the added depth of meaning and interest of the photos with words in titles, descriptions, comments and blogs.

It’s all kind of addictive isn’t it?
