The Best of Autumn Running

October 20, 2013 is the date for the 3rd annual Empire State Marathon and Half Marathon. The inaugural and 2nd annual in 2011 each had over 2,500 entrants in the Full, Half and Relay. Runners represented over 30 states and 6 countries participating in the 2012 Empire State race weekend. The course continues to feature Onondaga Lake Park, Onondaga County, Syracuse, Liverpool, and Baldwinsville, New York at its Autumn colors finest.

The New York Health and Wellness Expo is October 18th and 19th.
