Em is a wonderful nature photographer with a great eye for composition and a distinctive style to instill the mood into the image, and not just the scene. She makes the effort to get out into the conditions which make for great photography: up early, out late, out in bad weather, and hiking out and about to find the interesting scene and composition. Em keeps a nice touch to renderings and is never heavy handed, but provides the right amount feeling in her post processing to make you want to keep viewing and viewing more. She's a great contact on Flickr and has always been willing to provide constructive and critical feedback when asked and will to accept it when offered in a sincere and respectful manner.

Em is a fantastic photographer. She is humble to state she is an amateur photographer. However, even though she can state this her quality of photograph, composition, lighting, colours, focus and subject matter are of such a high quality that I find her photos a deep source of inspiration. There are photographers, I know, sadly full of ego and big talk that charge lots of money, but are not at all a patch on the photos of Wildaboutnature.
