I think of Emmet and I think of blessings. In every sense: in light, in love, in truth. His every post is a gift from a higher place, and I have felt elevated with each one. His images hold an abstract quality that feels like a crystal clear form of gold. His portraits of people feel to me like portraits of people I know. Because Emmet knows how to introduce them to my heart with his lens. But even his images of things as random as a floating plastic bag have made me feel like I need to know his world, his true and beloved world. Great people hide in unsuspecting places. But I suspect Emmet of being truly great. No, I know that he is. A great artist of the soul. And of words and images. I feel blessed to know Emmet here!
