I'm currently 16 years old, a junior in high school and living in Richmond, Virginia. I started off photography about four years ago with black and white film, strictly darkroom, meaning hand developing and printing all of my pictures, including oil paints, dyes, etc. Over time I have started trying to work with digital because of its accessibility and cost.. but I still prefer film over digital pretty strongly and it'll more than likely stay that way.

I love photography simply because I've gotten to the point where wherever I happen to be, I look for shots-anything I could develop. I'm the type of person who loves the idea of traveling, experiencing all different types of cultures and seeing what else is out there besides being stuck living in the capitol of Virginia.

So, with that, I'm hoping that I will have the chance to study abroad in college and possibly join The Peace Corps, and eventually get published in The National Geographic or the alike. Anyway, I hope you enjoy what you see. If you have any advice, comments, favorites, I would appreciate it very much!
