I fell down the proverbial rabbit hole many years ago and, like Alice, stumbled on a world of creativity, nonsense and wonder. Unlike Alice I'm not quite as keen to get home! Aside from all the photography, I'm also a mum and wife. I'm a voluntary receptionist and admin assistant for The MCCH Well-being Centre in Aldershot, Hampshire; a place for adults with mental health issues. I'm also a member of a theatre company for adults with serious and long-term mental health problems.

 

I'm a Christian and use my photography to serve, covering church events and any other little photographic jobs they need doing! As a long-term sufferer of mental illness, I also use my photography as a therapeutic medium and a way to address the good and bad in the mental health services.

 

I offer a deliberately eclectic range of fine art photographic prints, including landscape, still life and character portraiture/self-portraiture, largely based on the themes of mental health, Christianity and nature. I mainly use film, digital and pinhole photography, covering landscape, still life and portraiture - but I love to discover and try new techniques and genres!
