Emily Quinton
Drag to set position!
I am currently busy working on my PhD at the University of Birmingham. I am researching ornamental plant hunting and the international environmental legilsation that surrounds it. As you will see from my photographs my research means that I spend a lot of time in botanic gardens. In fact I am becoming addicted to plants and the photographing of them.
In this stream you will see a selection of ideas, experiments and a glimpse into my life. My best images are saved for my portfolio flickr stream, which you may also like to visit!
And...I am a very happy new mum!!
A selection of my work is available to buy through my company Emily Quinton Photography.

It is often said of her photos that they are 'intimate' or 'personal', and perhaps that is the best compliment one could ever receive of their work. Emily masterfully casts aside our impressions of some of the world around us, and brings us closer to the wonders that it provides. Such a delightful artist!
