Well well i can finally write this amazing, good sense of humour and as harry potter-crazed-as-i-am girl a testimonial. I love all of Emily's photos, both film and digital. She has the eye for a perfect shot. I love the way she can capture the perfect moment, that is something only emily can do best. If you're having a bonfire, she can get the best bonfire picture. If you're watching harry potter on the tv, she can get the best watching harry potter on tv picture. Well, you get the point! emily i wish i could jump into your photos and live there. i mentally scream whenever you upload because every picture you take actually has a purpose and it doesn't look like you're trying to make a pretty picture... it looks and feels like a memory. (of course, they just happen to be beautiful the hell but ya) you don't upload what you know people want to see - you upload what you love and looking through your stream it's clear which photos hold the most meaning to you. regardless of whether or not i can relate to your photos in terms of a certain memory i had that correlates, i still love every last one of them because you put so much behind the picture that i can't help but feel something when i look at it, even if it's only a smidgen of what you felt. because you're my friend and the first one i made on flickr and i love you and you're my penpal and my mate from another state. i just made that up aren't i so clever HAHAHA
