I am Dutch musician, photographer and multimedia artist.

During my twenties I worked for 8 years as a professional photographer and after that period I joined different Dutch Pop groups as a bassplayer.

In 1984 I met my spiritual guide Srila Sridhar Mahararaja who I greatly admire for his sweet loving tenderness and his highly selfrealised, blissfull state of being. In him I found the ideal combination of a father, teacher, friend and well-wisher. I live by no means a spiritual life myself although I have great trust in the power of Mantra, Tantra and authentic faith. The promotion of the Vedic vision of life on my sites is merely because of personal enthousiasm and by no means meant for preaching purposes. It is only because I have great respect for the quality of thinking and feeling of the Vedic(old Indian) tradition. A book like the Bhagavad Gita is beyond any mundane conception or religious fanatism that I so often see in this world. Fanatism is always fed by fear and frustration.
