I have always loved photography and bought my first SLR - a Canon A1 - from very hard earned pocket money back in the late 70's. As a scientist type I have always been good at the technical side but have realised over the years that I lack artistic creativity and inspiration. I then spotted a course with the Open College of Arts called 'The Art of Photography' - a dream come true! I have just started the course and already my eyes and trigger finger are opening up to a whole new world of possibilities.

...two years on and I have nearly finished the course. I keep getting inspired and side-tracked by new ideas - I guess that's part of what the course was for. Still enjoying it and I WILL finish it!!!!
