OK, how do I start this? Well, I just find Elsa's pictures fun, inspiring and hunger provoking :-). This is a woman with a great eye for a picture and an obvioulsy big heart. She loves her family and her pets and it shows. I suppose what I am trying (badly) to say that Elsa is a photographic chronichler and that to me is as wonderful as some of the best artistic work ever produced and as important. I love her work and hope one day to get to meet her and her family as she has opened it up to us all so sensitively. How could you not want to eat with these lovely people?
