I'm a child of the 60's and 70's, a boomer. as they say. A Buckeye by birth, a lover of nature, music and all things beautiful and spiritual that life has to offer.

Ellis Mckay is a pen name. Ellis for my mother's side of the family; Welsh immigrants, while lacking in material wealth were rich beyond measure in their love of life, family, friends, song, and laughter. McKay for my father's family from Scotland and Ireland, some rascals some of great character who taught me the values of perseverance and tolerance along with the gifts of humor and love of the land.
