Dal 13 al 17 aprile 2011 elita festival si muove come sempre sulle tracce delle estetiche urbane contemporanee. L’uomo, alle prese con un futuro da modellare su nuovi parametri – scarsità di risorse naturali, dissolvimento dei confini geografici, egemonia della Rete – ha la possibilità di vivere fuori dagli schemi sociali massificanti tipici dell’ultimo secolo.

Proprio all’interno delle città si recuperano spazi per la natura, si abbandonano abitudini consolidate, si modificano consumi e si fa strada un concetto di vita wild in the city. I protagonisti ed i contenuti della sesta edizione dell’ormai tradizionale dopo-salone della design week milanese sono tutti testimoni del cambiamento in atto.

From the 13th to the 17th of April elita festival drifts among contemporary urban estethics as usual. The human being, having to deal with a future to rewrite under new rules (decreasing natural resources, dissolving geographical borders, the Web egemony), has the possibility to live outside last century’s massified social schemes.

Inside the cities we restore spaces for nature, we leave behind daily habits, we modify consumptions and a new wild in the city lifestyle makes its way. The main players and contents of the now traditional sixth edition of the ‘after-fair’ of the Milanese design week are all witnesses of the change in the making.
