I do not think of myself as a "Photographer" in the artistic sense or photographer for that matter. I enjoy taking pictures either to visually chronicle events and places, or for my own research purposes.

Many of the items I have shot have come from museum collections and are placed in sets on Flickr so that they will be easier for me to keep the label information together with the image for my own use. PLEASE DO NOT REPRODUCE ANY of my PHOTOGRAPHS of MUSEUM OBJECTS in any manner (on other online websites, in print, etc., ESPECIALLY in for-profit endeavors) as this will be not only against my wishes, but also, in many cases, in clear violation of the copyright policies of the museum that owns the work. This means, if I discover my pictures where they should not be, I will have to ask for them to be removed. This is not to "be mean" but it is a legal matter that I take seriously.

THIS MEANS DO NOT REPRODUCE MY PHOTOS on TUMBLR or PINTEREST if they come from MUSEUMS! This is a copyright violation!
