Recovering Kodak Kodachrome addict and former old school Scitex CEPS operator and print production lead.

Scitex was a company founded in Israel in 1968 that specialized in developing and producing high-end digital imaging equipment for the printing and publishing industries. In the early 1980s, Scitex introduced its first digital prepress system, which allowed publishers and printers to create high-quality digital files for printing. It was not a software program that could be purchased and installed on a personal computer. (average price of system half a million dollars) However, it was an important precursor to modern digital imaging systems like Photoshop, which brought high-end image processing capabilities to a wider audience of graphic designers and photographers.
