Oldvidhead. Get yours at flagrantdisregard.com/flickr

I've been photographing all of my life starting with film, and migrating to digital around 2002. I was classically trained in the subject studying with John Upton .

I've worked in media (television) for much of my life, but have maintained my side passion for still photography, squeezing as much time as I could for my personal photography. My interests in photography are wide and deep and I've explored many themes including landscape, abstraction, architecture and street photography.

My Flickr stream has taken a decidedly new direction after lying dormant for several years, Newly energized and engaged, I've begun to revisit classic B&W street photography with a new energy and passion.

You can see more of my work at my website for Eric Larson Photography here.

After months of being a fan of Eric's, I have finally had the pleasure of meeting him in person.....AND seeing his exquisitely printed images! I am touched not only by his great sense of aesthetics but also by his generosity of spirit. Oldvidhead knows a lot about creating images: the necessary software, the technology of printing, and he is willing to share what he knows in an openhearted and sincere way. Eric is also an artist. He is quietly listening - in a deep way - to some eternal inner Muse who is guiding his eye, clearly. His images are contemporary, edgily abstract on occasion, yet they are also full of heart and beauty.
