Among the thousands who probably write this daily, I'm not that good at describing myself. I was born and raised in the northeastern part of Pennsylvania, lived in Georgia for a stint, but moved back home. I have a degree in journalism and I minored in photography.

I've always loved taking pictures, capturing moments in other's lives, visually documenting what we have built and, at times, left behind. I, as you can see, haven't traveled very far, but the places I have been to, I usually try to get it all in. I haven't really dabbled in the realm of portrait photography, but anything is possible.

I joined Flickr in June of 2007 so I am fairly new to the community, but the friends and contacts I have met and made on the way have been fantastic. I have learned so much and have more inspiration than ever through my own practice and the incredible talent of my Flick peers.
