My name is Michael Eckmann

Born and raised in Salzburg/Austria but living in NYC since 2013.

I work as a Chef since 2004.

I love my job but cooking is also a very busy and stressful job.

That's why Photography is one of my greatest passions, it just balances out my hectic and chaotic job, and gives me a perfect opportunity to pace life down and enjoy some peace.

Just as in my job, I'm always eager to learn and take criticism in a constructive way to get better in the future.

That being said, I'm here to learn new things, open for any kind of feedback, so feel free to comment on my pictures, even if it's bad. :)
