I like cars and taking pictures/videos of them. My photos consist mostly of cars, along with some other stuff that interests me.

 

I'd like to thank those who commented/faved/friend requested/reposted/etc. me and my photos. You guys are the reason that I upgraded to Pro so that I could share even more images on Flickr and elsewhere.

  

REPOSTING GUIDELINES

I had some guidelines before, but I felt that I had to improve it due to the massive amount of blatant theft. All of my images are "All Rights Reserved", and are subject to copyright under the Berne Convention and Canadian Laws. The fact that it can be searched on the internet does not void the copyright of my images.

 

You can do the following, with limitations:

- Sharing my images on the internet

- Using my images on websites and messageboards for non-commercial use

- Use my images in a way covered by Fair Use

 

Limitations include proper credit to the appropriate website hosting my images. For example, if one wants to share my image on Instagram, the proper way is to tag my Instagram account. If my images were to be used on a website, then linking to my Flickr page is the most appropriate action for this scenario. Check the Other Links section for my other pages on the internet.

 

You may NOT do the following, under any circumstances:

- Make any financial gain from my images whatsoever

- Use my images on advertisements, commercials, or banners

- Use my images in the promotion of a product for commercial use

- Edit my images in a manner that deviates from Fair Use

- Reposting of my images with the watermark absent

- Reposting of my images with another logo/watermark superimposed on my images

- Associate me with any person or organization without my knowledge and/or approval

- Use my images on image slideshows on video hosting websites like YouTube that deviate from Fair Use

- Upload my images and/or associate me with madwhips.com, and its social media accounts

 

Failure to comply to these guidelines results in appropriate action being taken on the infringing party. The severity of the action is proportional to the severity of the infringement. Most cases are solved by copyright/DMCA take down requests, although extreme cases can involve legal action.

  

NOTE
