For the past two years, eBay Inc's holiday donation as a company was made to Habitat for Humanity, and a select group of employees applied to be chosen for the opportunity to build a home for families in need.

Our first Habitat for Humanity donation last year sent teams of employees to build homes in the poorest regions of China, India and Brazil. Our employee's stories were moving and their lives were transformed by the experience.

This year, we’re increasing the opportunities. In addition to returning to last year’s countries, we‘ve expand our build sites to include one in the United States, where there also is tremendous need.

For the families who will benefit from the gift of a new home, we will create opportunity. It’s another powerful way we will express our purpose in the world, and the difference we strive to make every day.
