I've always had an interest in photography but it wasn't until 2019 when I was having some medical issues that I decided to photograph the world around me. I began taking my camera with me wherever I went so I could take pictures of whatever I found appealing, with the intention of having people see the world through my eyes one last time if I passed away. After undergoing a successful surgery in late 2019 I decided to continue with my journey in photography.

In 2020 when the pandemic hit and the world came to a standstill I took advantage of the empty streets, parks, beaches, etc. to practice my photography and document a once in a lifetime event. When I wasn't out on the streets taking pictures I was at home learning all I could about this medium. After being locked down for a year and businesses began to open back up I made it a goal to go out and put what I learned to practice and see what I could capture. The first public event I attended was a car show in DTLA and while there I managed to take a few good shots of the cars and of the event in general. I was surprised to see how good my shots came out so I knew that I was onto something. After my success at that first event I started looking for other lowrider car shows and Chicano photo art galleries to attend and photograph. Now after taking photography seriously for a few months I've managed to capture the lowrider/Chicano scene and LA life like no one has before and even seasoned photographers have complimented me on my style.

I don't consider myself to be a photographer, since I don't have formal education in this field, but I sure love making the ordinary look extraordinary.
