Welcome to the East Midlands Reserve Forces and Cadets Association (RFCA). Our role is to provide support for the Reserve and Cadet Forces of all three Services in the East Midlands. We provide this support from our headquarters in Nottingham and through County based committees of volunteers.

The RFCA headquarters are based at Triumph Road Army Reserve Centre, near the QMC Hospital and has 16 staff working to the Chief Executive – Group Captain (Retired) Nick Sharpe. He in turn is responsible to the Board for providing facilities management, recruiting support, support to the employers of reservists and also to cadets and youth. He also has 35 staff administrating the Army Cadet Force units accross each of the Counties.
