East Hill CSA is a project of the Rochester Folk Art Guild, a nonprofit organization and community of craftspeople and farmers. Since 1967, we have grown food and produced handmade practical folk art on our 350 acre farm in Middlesex, NY (1445 Upper Hill Rd). East Hill Farm uses old fashioned, chemical-free, hands-on organic methods to grow fruit, vegetables, herbs, eggs, and chickens for the community and for sale through our CSA and markets. We will never use pesticides, herbicides, fungicides, chemical fertilizers, or genetically modified organisms. We respect human labor and the soil. We grow food with love.
The craft studios of the Rochester Folk Art Guild produce ceramics, wood turnings, wooden toys, furniture and boats, hand-woven items, and clothing made from natural fibers. The crafts are for sale on our online store, at East Hill Gallery, at many local craft and gift shops, and at annual exhibitions of our work in Rochester, Syracuse, and Buffalo.
The Rochester Folk Art Guild is incorporated as a 501 (c) 3 nonprofit educational organization and contributions toward its programs are tax-deductible.
