I'm Emi.

I'm a uni student living in Melbourne, but I'm from Tasmania originally.

I've always loved photography, but was restricted by the shortcomings of compact cameras over the years. However, I was able to start taking it more seriously at the end of year 12 when our family bought a Canon 7D. It's been great.

The 7D was a great camera, and was a great way to get into the world of photography, but we have since upgraded to a Canon 5D MkIII. My brother has a Canon 6D, so I alternate between those two depending on who I am shooting with.

My primary interests are animal/bird/macro photography, but recently I have been trying more landscapes and street photography. I've also done a bit of travel photography over in China as well.
