I’m a self-taught photographer since 2011, finding my love for cameras while studying at the University of Toledo under the late Don Reiber. Don let me borrow my first set of gear, a Canon 5DmkII and a 24-70 lens, with the intent of shooting video under the broadcast communication discipline. I had other ideas.

I started shooting basketball and eventually transitioned to hockey. Sprinkled here and there were weddings, community events, cosplay and conventions, and assignments from the Independent Collegian.
