I've been an office worker, an illustrator, and a writer among other things. I live in Canada's National Capital Region, on the continuing traditional territory of the Algonquin/Anishnaabe people. "Continuing" because they still call this region home, and my people and theirs live amongst one another today...and hopefully for untold generations to come.
Occasionally, I draw comic books. The first issue of Local Hero written by Ian Gould and drawn by myself is being sold via indyplanet.com. Some of the stuff you'll see here was spun out of the process of producing Local Hero. Reference photography has a way of turning into photography for its own sake, doesn't it?
If it doesn't have a direct link to that, chances are it caught my attention for other reasons, from the trivial to the intensely personal.
If you want to use any of this stuff, please ask. I'm probably going to say "yes" to most of it, but it's nice to know when it's going to happen.
If you want an artist, I do take commissions.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
