Ever since I bought my first Canon EOS camera (an analog 300) I got hooked on photography. However, shooting on film turned out to be too expensive for a student, so the passion faded.

By buying myself a Canon 400D I tried to regain that special feeling when seeing a special moment, wonderful light or a spectacular view and catching it with a single press on the shutter release.

Over time I bought some quality gear, like a Canon 40D, EOS 17-40L f/4 and an EOS EF 70-200L f/2.8 IS which I carry with me almost every day.

I enjoy nature, both animals and landscapes. They make the larger part of my photostream.

It's a challenge to capture that moment exactly as I see it, but I'm trying... enjoying photography and striving for that one perfect shot.
