I grew up in Summit, New Jersey in the US, and my schooling were also all from New Jersey, which included high school, college, and post graduate studies (both Bachelor and Master of Engineering degrees in Electrical Engineering).
Despite being exposed to photography very early (my father owned and was very adept with a Canon SLR), I did not develop a love for photography until the advent of DSLR technology and until 2007 when I had a chance to travel to Vietnam, the country of my birth. Once in Vietnam, I was amazed and fell in love with Vietnam's cultures and exotic beauties; I started to record everything that I saw with a camera so that I can share my experiences with friends, family, and everyone in the world. My photographic skills have evolved and changed since then, but everyone of my photo still strives for the same thing today - tell a story.
I currently live in Denver, Colorado with a beautiful wife, a son, and a daughter.
Please feel free to browse through my photostream, leave comments, and leave critiques, as I love to learn, love to improve, and appreciate everyone's visit.

Yo, yo, people, listen up. It's your boy, Nghia. I'd appreciate a lot for your eyes looking at these lines. This is a testimony about Mr DufferLong. He's a very sophisticated guy. You can tell a story throughout this pictures without having to read the captions. He can spend time going around places to capture candids, which, to me, is a very good thing to spend time on. Flickr Vietnamese could not survive without his moderation and knowledge. I hope his house is locked carefully enough, because I will try to steal his 135mm f2L some days. And don't get me wrong, I hate him, because he has a beautiful wife.
