I am a big fan of motor sports and I also enjoy nature shots. I started shooting with of my D300 Nikon, I soon added a D300S as I found I needed a second body to avoid switching lenses so frequently on location.

I now have up-graded to a D4S as I wanted to progress in the full frame format, and looking to add a D800 as a second body for the reasons I mentioned above. I welcome any comments or tips that will help me improve my skills as a photographer.

I work in the oil and gas industry, building or inspecting pipeline projects, mostly in Alberta.

The major part of my time is spent out in the country, I love everything nature has to offer, and I am never without my camera by my side.

I haven't decided yet what kind of photography I will be honing on, so, for the time being, I shoot pretty well everything that catches my eye.

So, don't be surprised to see some subjects totally unrelated on my site, I shoot it as I see it, when I see it.

I have made many good friends on this site, and I truly enjoy their comments and work, this is what has attracted me here in the first place.
